The good thing about vaporizers is that they will vaporize the THC but not vaporize the harmful contents in your marijuana. This means you won’t have to deal with tar and other harmful carcinogens in your system from using marijuana. A vaporizer will heat the marijuana to a level where it will vaporize the THC in it but not vaporize everything else.
Temperatures
Since you are not using a lighter or other open flame to burn the marijuana it will just be heated. A vaporizer has a heating element and can reach high temperatures. Usually THC will vaporize at around 338-372 degrees Fahrenheit. Even at the highest temperature that THC vaporizes the majority of toxins will not become present in the vapor because the temperature isn’t high enough for the marijuana to burn.
Since the vaporizer is mostly only vaporizing the THC you won’t get much of a taste to the marijuana vapor when inhaled. Usually there is only a minor taste if you are using a cheap vaporizer. There will likely be no smoke at all from the vaporizer either. As the THC is vaporizing instead of getting burnt with a lighter you will be able to get the maximize effects when inhaled and won’t need as much weed to get high.
